Local Producers & Farm Shops

Nobody can have missed the headlines about the importance of knowing where our food and drink comes from. Luckily, on the Isle of Wight it isn't very hard to find out. You're never far from a producer or supplier offering some good quality produce that not only tastes good, but supports the farms, fishing boats and other services that keep our Island busy and beautiful.

Weekly Farmers' Markets are held in Newport and Ryde, and in Cowes there are regular Food Shows throughout the year. Better still, you don't need to cook this local produce yourself - often as not there is a farm cafe where you can try it.
